Fall is a terrific time to take an Emerald Isle, NC family vacation! The weather is ideal, the water is still warm and there are plenty of things to do. As seen in the video below, you can toss the football on the beach (ours was blinged out with LEDs), kayak in Bogue Sound, explore islands, ride the waves, bike, play golf and so much more!

In just a few weeks we will be leaving our home in Northern Ontario to winter in Florida. Our route will take us through your part of the world in NC. After reviewing your blog we have come to the conclusion that it would be worthwhile to spend some time on the Emerald Isle on our way through. Thanks so much for posting.
