Bobby, these five “deal killers” apply to anyone trying to sell their home. As a realtor in the Lake Norman region of NC, I want people to know the same things when they list with me. Your first point, on pricing correctly, can be substantiated by a listing I took in early February, priced it at appraisal, and put it under contract in less than three weeks, at full list with some seller closing costs. (What bad market?)
